Because our items are made to order and may be submitted to production quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to change the product, size, color, shipping method, design, or shipping address.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product prices, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes may vary depending on the product, destination, and checkout settings.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.

Shipping timelines include both production time and carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

International Orders, Customs & Taxes

We may ship to select international destinations, including the European Union, when shipping options are available.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.
